About Management
Ram Gera, the father of our CEO Prince Gera, founded AV Industries in 2010 after a long career at many companies, including Escorts. His deep expertise in stainless steel trading and manufacturing helped pave the way to a good start for AV Industries.
Under his supervision, AV Industries manufactures world-class architectural hardware in its 20,000 and 18,000 sq ft plants with more than 100 machines.
Following his father’s retirement, Prince took the company’s reins a couple of years later. A marketing graduate, Prince is a serial entrepreneur with experience in many industries, including teaching strategic entrepreneurship and leadership skills.
